$31 tattoos limited to these designs only. Each design is no larger than about a half dollar. Your choice of ONE color. Placement is limited to arms and legs. Get as many as you would like

$31 piercings do not include the following: Industrial, Rook, Nipples, Bridge, Daith. No dermals

Walk-ins only. Open from 12pm - 11pm
